Report an Incorrect or Missing Venue

Our directory covers 1,134 licensed venues, and we work hard to keep every listing accurate. But casinos and VLT venues open, close, and change details, and sometimes we’re a step behind. So if you spot a venue that’s wrong, out of date, or missing entirely, tell us.

When you report a venue, it helps to include:

• The venue name and city.
• What’s wrong, whether it’s the address, the hours, a closure, or a venue we’ve left out.
• A source if you have one, like a regulator listing or the venue’s own site.

A flag from someone on the ground often catches a change before the official record updates, so these reports are worth a lot to us. You can read how we verify and refresh listings on our editorial and data process page.
